Steelhead Construction was founded with a straightforward mission: to build homes and structures in the Lake Chelan area that homeowners can be proud of for generations.

Owner Weston saw the Lake Chelan region not just as a stunning place to live, but as a community that deserved a builder who truly understood the land, the climate, and the people. Having worked in construction across the Pacific Northwest, he brought that experience home to Chelan County, where the unique challenges of lakefront building, heavy snow loads, and wildfire resilience demand a builder with deep local knowledge.

What started as a small operation focused on custom homes has grown into a full-service general contracting company offering everything from excavation and foundations to ADUs, remodels, and design-build services. But no matter how much we grow, our core values remain the same: honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and treating every project like it is our own home.
